Sensitive rental records should be stored only in the intended private workflows.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the product, authenticate users, maintain rental records, support operator workflows, process billing, improve product reliability, and respond to support requests.

Product analytics are used to understand feature usage and improve VettyDrive. Analytics should be limited to product usage patterns and should not include sensitive rental evidence or full payment details.

GPS And Location Data

When GPS or telematics is enabled, location and device signals may be processed for active-trip visibility, mileage verification, roadside support, recovery context, and dispute review.

Operators are responsible for presenting GPS disclosure to renters when tracking is used.

Sharing

VettyDrive works with trusted service providers to operate the product, process billing, deliver messages, host records, understand product usage, and support reliability.

VettyDrive does not sell renter identity documents or private rental evidence records.

Security

VettyDrive uses account access controls, private record handling, and authenticated workflows to protect sensitive rental records.

No system is perfect. Operators should use strong passwords, limit team access, and report suspicious activity promptly.

Retention

Rental records may be retained while an operator account remains active so operators can preserve evidence, audit history, and dispute records.

Deletion, export, and retention workflows may vary by account status, workspace configuration, and operational requirements.
