These terms explain how operators may use VettyDrive OS to manage operator-originated rental workflows.
Service
VettyDrive OS provides software tools for vehicle rental operators, including fleet records, private renter intake links, agreement workflows, deposit workflows, inspections, GPS/telematics visibility, roadside records, dispute records, and evidence packets.
VettyDrive is a software platform. Operators remain responsible for how they run their rental business, communicate with renters, price rentals, maintain vehicles, manage insurance, and comply with applicable requirements.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
Workspace owners are responsible for users invited into their workspace and for activity performed through their account.
Operator Responsibilities
Operators are responsible for rental terms, vehicle condition, renter communications, deposit decisions, charge decisions, roadside handling, and customer support for their renters.
Operators must not use VettyDrive to hide fees, misrepresent rental terms, track renters without disclosure, or charge renters without an operator review process.
Payments And Billing
Subscription billing is handled through VettyDrive's payment provider. Pricing, trials, plan limits, and add-ons are presented in the product or written order terms.
If an account is past due, canceled, or suspended, access to paid features may be limited.
GPS And Telematics
GPS and telematics features are intended for active-trip visibility, mileage verification, roadside support, late-return follow-up, recovery context, and dispute review.
GPS signals are review-only. VettyDrive does not automatically assign fault, approve charges, or decide disputes based only on device data.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use VettyDrive to violate privacy rights, bypass required disclosures, upload unlawful content, attack the service, or access another workspace without permission.
VettyDrive may restrict access to accounts that threaten platform security, misuse renter data, or materially violate these terms.
Data And Evidence
VettyDrive stores operational records so operators can run rentals with better documentation. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter.
Evidence records should be used to support human review, not to replace operator judgment.
