What payment methods do you accept?
VettyDrive accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing with net-30 terms.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Is there a per-rental or per-renter fee?
No. VettyDrive charges a flat monthly subscription fee based on your plan tier. There are no per-rental charges, per-renter fees, or commission on bookings. You keep 100% of your rental revenue.
What happens if I exceed my vehicle limit?
Each plan has a vehicle limit. If you approach the limit, the dashboard will notify you. To add more vehicles, upgrade to a higher plan that accommodates your fleet size.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is available for export during and after cancellation.
